Amritsar, Dec 5 (IANS) Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal was Monday bestowed the ‘Panth Rattan Fakhr-e-Qaum (Jewel of the religion, pride of the community)’ title by the Sikh clergy here, drawing a strong reaction from Sikh radical groups.
